Rooh aur Nafs, Allah Ta’ala created two forces in man. One is called Rooh, the other is called Nafs. Allah Ta’ala created the ‘Nafs” to be a permanent essence, like intellect, heart, and soul in human form. The soul is the source and root of all good, goodness, and goodness.

It is impossible to realize the reality of soul. Ruh and Nafs can be described as the same thing, i.e. Ruh and Nafs can be called the same thing, or two distinct things.
